David P. Dorman of Moses Lalce, WA - Mr. Dorman made a complaint approx. 10 months ago to
the Code Enforcement Officer regarding a Medstar helicopter using Fire District #5 Station on
Baseline and Potato Hill Rd. as a base. The zoning does not cover allowing helicopters in that
area. Over the last 9 months he has called Ms. Stoddard and Dave Nelson numerous times but no
one has gotten resolution. He then called Carolann Swartz and Mr. Nelson finally called him bacle
stating he is working on this issue. He believes there are too many excuses and this should have
been resolved months ago. Mr. Dorman says they have a space at the City Airport they are
renting but do not use it. They should apply %r a variance if they intend to stay there. The
Commissioners stated they will look further into this issue.
