The new law states that ATV's can drive on certain County roads i at 35mph, if approved by the county's Legislative Authority. 7he Commissioners have stated ; they have not addressed this here as of yet. Mr. Schneider said that Okanogan County j implemented ATV use on most county roads. He would like to see ATV use on rural roads that � can be traveled at 35rnph and under. The Commissioners stated he is the first resident of Grant County who has brought this issue to the Commissioners for consideration. They will discuss ; this with the Public Works Department. Adoption of Annual County Inventory, per RCW 36,32,210 The Auditor's Office—Accounting Department presented the Grant County Capital Asset report ' for adoption by the County Commissioners on the first Monday in March, per RCW 36.32.210. They stated that not all of the Offices/Departments have turned their inventory in as of the due date.
