RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF THE RESOLUTION No. 10- 65,1 -CC
SHERIFF'S OFFICE RETURNING FUNDS
FROM THEIR REVOLVING FUND AT THE
MOSES LAKE SUBSTATION
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 05 -208 -CC established Sheriff's Office Moses Lake Sub
Station Revolving Fund #001. Department 4114 in the amount of $200.00;
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners that
due to budget deficiencies, the Moses Lake Sub Station is being closed to the public for obtaining
licenses and fingerprinting. Therefore, these funds are no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the funds in the amount
of $200.00 is hereby relinquished back to the County.

Due to the County's budgetary deficiencies and the Sheriffs inability to hire personnel at this time, the
Sheriff was forced to close the public's ability to utilize the Moses Lake Substation office for obtaining
licenses and fingerprinting, the till was closed out.
I have deposited $200 to the treasurer for return to current expense.
