WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners sets the salary for the Grant County Prosecuting Attorney; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have made a decision setting the salary for the Prosecuting Attorney for the 2007 year; and WHEREAS, the salary set for the 2007 year, beginning January 1, 2007 will be $9,957.00 per month or $119,484.00 per year, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the 2007 salary for the Grant County Prosecuting Attorney is $9,957.00.00 per month or $119,484.00 per year,.
