BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS coU�71 Grant County, Washington NOTICE OF HEARING IN THE MATTER OF ADOPTING A COMPREHENSIVE RESOLUTION No. 2005-ZH-CC SIX YEAR TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE YEARS 2006 - 2011 WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of RCW 36 81 12 1, Grant County is preparing a proposed Comprehensive Transportation Improvement Program for the ensuing six years of 2006 - 2011, and WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, that it would be in the public interest to hold a hearing on the said proposed program, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held on July 19, 2005 at 2:00 P.M in the Commissioners Office in the Grant County Courthouse. The contract is to provide financial assistance to the County solely for expenses necessary to answer 911 calls originating in the county. Reimbursement shall be solely for eligible items included in Chapter 118-66 WAC. Because local 911 revenue is not sufficient to cover 911 salary costs, the funding level in the contract for 911 Call Receiver Salaries and Benefits needs to be increased, if funding is available. If the full amount is not available, a prorated amount will apply. The prorated amount will be determined by the State 911 Administrator after all counties have submitted the A -19s covering June expenses. Since funding of this additional amount is dependent upon availability, the Department is only obligated to pay the amount available up to an additional $60,000. 11 AMENDMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 1. The contract expiration date of June 30, 2005 remains unchanged. 2. Change the overall contract amount from $20,594 to $80,594; an increase of $60,000 3. In Exhibit B, Statement of Work and Budget, State Reimbursable column, make the following changes: Priority 2, B1.0 911 Call Receiver Salaries and Benefits, change from $0 to $60,000, an Increase of $60,000. No other changes are required. All other terms and conditions of the original contract and any previous amendments thereto remain in full force and effect.
