WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners sets the salary for the Grant County
Prosecuting Attorney; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have made a decision setting the
salary for the Prosecuting Attorney for the 2005 year; and
WHEREAS, the salary set for the 2005 year, beginning January 1, 2005 will be
$9,261.00.00 per month or $111,132.00.00 per year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the 2005 salary for the
Grant County Prosecuting Attorney is $9,261.00 per month or $111,132.00 per year.

IN THE MATTER OF VACATING A
CERTAIN COUNTY ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
RESOLUTION NO. 4S- 233—�C
ORDER GRANTING VACATION
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, considered a
certain county road right-of-way useless, and by this resolution entered upon it's minutes, declared its
intention to vacate and abandon a certain county road right-of-way described as follows
Legal Description: ALL THAT POTION OF ROAD 23 -NE, ROAD LOG NUMBER 50580, LYING IN
THE SOUTH HALF OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 22 NORTH, RANGE 27 EAST,
AND LYING IN THE NORTH HALF OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 22 NORTH,
RANGE 27 EAST, ALL IN GRANT COUNTY.
WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on the report for vacation and abandonment was published in the
county official newspaper at least once a week for two consecutive weeks preceding the date fixed for the
hearing, and a copy of said notice was posted for at least twenty days preceding the date fixed for hearing at
each termini of the county road or portion thereof to be vacated or abandoned, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did consider the report given by the County Road
Engineer, together with any evidence for or objection against said vacation and abandonment, and
WHEREAS, the above described county road right-of-way is not useful as part of the county road
system and the public will be benefited by the vacation and abandonment
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners vacates and
abandons all interest in the County road right-of-way described above, EXCEPT an easement along the
vacated right-of-way to accommodate existing power lines, communications lines and other franchised
and/or permitted public and private utilities r
