HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 05-227-CCA. cop BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Grant County, Washington RESOLUTION No. 2005 x7 - CC IA$III' In the Matter of Initiating a County Road Project Designated as CRP 05-20a, Road 13 NW WHEREAS, cost share contributions in the amount of $17,815 have been collected and the project has been recommended for construction by the County Road Engineer. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT Road 13 NW (M NW to L NW), State Road Log No. 32740, MP 3.020 to MP 4.020, be improved as follows: Grade, drain, surface (BST Class A). Finished width= 26 ft. (See attached vicinity map, x -section) This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to report and proceed thereon as by law provided. (RCW 36.75.050, 36.80.030, 36.60.070) BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that an appropriation fromthe officially adopted road fund budget and based on the County Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown: PURPOSE Engineering Right of Way Acquisition Subtotal (Not subject to RCW 36.77.065) Construction TOTAL AMOUNT OF APPROPRIATION County Forces Contract $500 $500 $75,,500 $76,000 (Check appropriate box) ®' This project is included in the officially adopted Annual Road Program as Item No. 20. ❑ This project is hereby made a part of the officially adopted Annual Road Program in accordance with RCW 36.81.130.
