HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 05-244-CCBOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Grant County, Washington i RESOLUTION: NOTICE OF HEARING RESOLUTION No, 2005 CC IN THE MATTER OF DECLARING CERTAIN COUNTY -OWNED PROPERTY SURPLUS AND ORDERING THE SALE THEREOF WIIEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to conduct a public hearing on its intention to declarer certain county -owned property surplus and dispose of same at public auction, and WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Board to sell surplus property at public auction to the highest bidder for cash all equipment declared surplus, and WHEREAS, Exhibit "A", attached hereto, is a tentative listing of equipment and merchandise from participating County agencies and will be considered for sale, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County at the Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 2:30 P.M. on July 19, 2005 and anyone either for or against these proposed actions may appear and be heard.
