RESOLUTION NUMBER 2001 -1 -CC
WHEREAS, Grant County has a need for security in the Courthouse
system, and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriff is willing to provide trained
staff persons for the Courthouse security needs, and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Commissioners agree that the Sheriff's
staff have the training necessary to provide that security,
NOW THEREFORE, the Grant County Commissioners do hereby
give their approval of the Grant County Sheriff being responsible for
providing for the security needs in all areas of Grant County operations.
