WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Board to sell Real Property at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or through contract as specified in attachment "A", and WHEREAS, the Commissioners are authorizing the minimum starting price for the sale of this Lot No. 2, Parcel No. 312559 101 in the amount of $99,545.00; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, the Board of County Commissioners authorize the Grant County Treasurer to sell said property.
