RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE
SECRETARY/CLERK AS DEPUTY
CLERK OF THE BOARD
RESOLUTION No. 2003 -011 -CC
WHEREAS, Resolution Number 84 -1 -CC places the Clerk of the Board of County
Commissioners under the jurisdiction of the County Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, Resolution Number 84 -88 -CC designated the County Auditor as Deputy
Clerk; and
WHEREAS, it has become unduly burdensome to have the Auditor perform in the
absence of the Clerk of the Board; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to appoint a responsible person to fill the position of Deputy
Clerk of the Board in the event of the absence of the Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the Secretary/Clerk has consented to be designated ad Deputy Clerk,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT AS OF THIS DATE
the Secretary/Clerk shall be designated as Deputy Clerk of the Board.

COUNTY AUDITOR AS
DEPUTY CLERK OF THE
BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
RESOLUTION NO.84-88-CC
WHEREAS, Resolution Number 84 -1 -CC places the Clerk of the
Board of County Commissioners under the jurisdiction of the
County Commissioners, and
WHEREAS, there is a need to appoint a responsible person
to fill the position of Deputy Clerk of the Board in the event of the
absence of the Clerk, and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor has consented to be designated
Deputy Clerk,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT AS OF THIS DATE
The Grant County Auditor shall be designated as Deputy Clerk of
the Board.
