Dear Commissioners:

Attached please find a proposed resolution for roadway designation changes to clear up
problems with existing addresses. These roadways were all part of older plats filed and
recorded prior to the address ordinance approval. Enforcement or lack of information
may have caus4esidents to use improper names. In all cases the names proposed are the
designations currently being used by residents. Since the roadways are named there is
little problem to correctly name them as used and there is no interference with the grid
System.
Road logs are showing these roadways designated per the old plat resolutions, which has
caused problems in locating proper roadway signs. Please consider these changes to
justify correct roadway signs to support the addresses issued.
Thank you.
