HUMAN RESOURCES
4. Personnel Action Request Recommendation regarding a request
from the Prosecuting Attorney's Office for an exception to the hiring
freeze to hire i Deputy Prosecuting Attorney due to a recent
resignation. The Director recommends approval. (Approved)
5. Personnel Action Request Recommendation regarding a request
from Superior Court to establish Band � as the Band for the Assistant
Court Administrator position. The Director does not recommend
Band 7, but recommends approval at Band 4, Step 5. (Approved)
6. Personnel Action Request Recommendation to rename the
Payroll/Voucher Deputy position to an Accounting Clerk position.
The Director recommends approval. (Approved)
�. Personnel Action Request Recommendation regarding a request
from the Chief Accountant to hire above the County Compensation
beginning Step of a 1-g and hire at a Step 4 for the Accounting
Technician position. The Director recommends approval.

8. Personnel Action Request Recommendation regarding a request
from the Auditor's Office for an exception to the hiring freeze to hire
i Payroll Administrator and 1 Accounting Clerlc. The Director

ADA Assisted Listening Devices and Translation Systems for Grant
County courtrooms. Trial Court Improvement funds will be used.
This was originally approved on November go, 2oio but due to
additional charges and late date of payment, this amended budget
extension is being resubmitted in 2o1i. (Approved)

i2. Proclamation request from New Hope Domestic Violence and Sexual
Assault Services to proclaim January 2�, 2oi1 as "Point in Time

$3�911.45, and $552.97, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
The Commissioners approved and signed the Grant Public Works County Payroll Salary Fund for January
