1. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance,
and /or grant administration. (None)
2. DSHS /Grant County Developmental Disabilities Contract
#0963 - 67160, Exhibit B, Revision #4, changing the
residential rates page for Supportive Living. (Approved)
3. Grant County Request #10 on Homeless Grant Assistance
Program (HGAP) Contract #o8 -461o8 -Sol with the
Department of Commerce in the amount of $14,657.99.

4. Filing Fee Surcharge Distribution Agreement between Grant
County and the Columbia Basin Dispute Resolution Center
for the sole purpose of distributing funds obtained by the
County as a result of RCW 7.75.035. This agreement is from
January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2010. (Approved)

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, in the amounts of $224,133.88 and $583,527.97 as
recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
The Chair of the Board was authorized to sign the Exponential Ag Travis Meacham (Exponential Ag Short
Plat) File #10 -5476 Final Plat Submission and Review.

A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Carter, to turn over
the bids to Public Works for their review and recommendation. The motion passed unanimously.
The Commissioners approved the recommendation of the Director to award the bid for the 2011
Crushing and Stockpiling project to Seubert Excavators, Inc. in the amount of $535,150.00.

8. Personnel Action Request Recommendation regarding a
request from New Hope Domestic Violence and Sexual
Assault Services to add 2 new positions: Residential Shelter
Support Staff and Protection Order Clinic Clerk. The
Director recommends approval. (Approved)
9. Personnel Action Request Recommendations for Exceptions
to the hiring freeze from District Court to hire a Probation
Officer; Department of Public Defense to hire 1 Public
Defender; and Facilities and Maintenance / Fairgrounds to
hire 1 Regular Full Time Maintenance IV Position and 1
Temporary Full Time Office Assistant. (Approved)
