ANNUAL COUNTY INVENTORY OF �
CAPITALIZED ASSETS. '

WHEREAS, RCW 36.32.210 states that the County Commissioners, on the first Monday �
i
of March of each year, must file with the auditor of tha county a statement verified by oath �
showing a full and complete inventory of all capitalized assets for the twelve months period !
ending December 31 St of the preceding year; and ��
�
WHEREAS, March 3, 2014 is the �rst opportunity to file with the Auditor;
I
WHEREAS, it was found that not all Offices/Departments were able to complete their ;
Inventory Sheet by March 3, 2014 so the adoption was continued to March 10, 2014. !
NOW, THEREFOI2E, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the County
Commissioners certifies the attached Annual County Inventory of Capitalized Assets and
files the same with the Auditor. '

�il. All departments have been requested to submit their reports as soon as possible. �J
� ` �Due to unexpected computer issues,Accounting is unable to generate the proper reports due
to lost data. Therefore, this report consists of the working copy of the Physical Location
Reports with department notations for corrections. Accounting and Tech Services are
working to correct this issue.
